Natalia García-Peña Bersh is an IFS Life Coach, Family Constellations facilitator, and Pranayama Breathwork guide with a background that spans economics, political science, and energy healing. She trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) with the IFS Institute of Spain in 2023 — a therapeutic methodology that helps people heal and reorder the systems of their internal parts — and became a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach in 2024, incorporating tools from neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and behavioral economics into her practice.

Natalia García-Peña Bersh es Coach de Vida IFS, facilitadora de Constelaciones Familiares y guía de Respiración Pranayama, con una trayectoria que abarca la economía, la ciencia política y la sanación energética. Se formó en Sistemas de la Familia Interna (IFS) con el Instituto IFS de España en 2023 — una metodología terapéutica que ayuda a las personas a sanar y ordenar los sistemas de sus partes internas — y se certificó como Mindvalley Certified Life Coach en 2024, incorporando herramientas de neurociencia, neuroplasticidad y economía del comportamiento.

She has also trained in Reiki Levels I and II (2022), deepening her understanding of electromagnetic, kundalini, and cardiac energy in healing. Since 2024, she has led over 15 virtual and in-person workshops on Family Constellations, IFS, healthy boundaries through nonviolent communication, Tantra and Sacred Sexuality, and Pranayama Breathwork for manifestation — working with around 30 clients across individual and group journeys.

También recibió entrenamiento en Reiki Niveles I y II (2022), profundizando en el efecto de la energía electromagnética, kundalini y cardiaca sobre la sanación. Desde 2024, ha liderado más de 15 talleres virtuales y presenciales sobre Constelaciones Familiares, IFS, límites sanos a través de la comunicación no violenta, Tantra y Sexualidad Sagrada, y Técnicas de Respiración Pranayama para la Manifestación — acompañando a alrededor de 30 clientes en caminos individuales y grupales.

Before founding Fiusis, Natalia earned degrees in Economics and Political Science from Universidad de San Andrés, Buenos Aires (2015), followed by a Master's in Economics from the same institution. She went on to work as a Consultant for the World Bank's Poverty and Inequality Practice in Washington D.C. from 2016 to 2024 — bringing the same systems lens she applies to economies now to the economy of the human interior.

Antes de fundar Fiusis, Natalia se graduó con las Licenciaturas en Economía y Ciencia Política de la Universidad de San Andrés, Buenos Aires (2015), y luego obtuvo la Maestría en Economía de la misma universidad. Trabajó como Consultora para el Banco Mundial en la Práctica de Pobreza y Desigualdad en Washington D.C. del 2016 al 2024 — aplicando la misma mirada sistémica que hoy usa para comprender la economía interior del ser humano.
